Engagement should feel human, not transactional. I create content that informs, inspires, and helps residents feel confident that their tax dollars are being used responsibly and for the community’s benefit.
Communication is a strategy, not a task. I build clear messaging plans with intent, choose the right channels, and measure the results. I ask what people should know, feel, and do, and then create the roadmap to get there.
